  2. Select your region and continue.
  3. Fill in the required details like Name, email id, credit card details and your account is created!
  4. You’ll receive email for PayPal and verify your email id for gaining full access to the service’s functionality.

Once your account is created, log in to it and follow these steps

  1. Click the Add Bank option.
  2. Enter your Bank details like Bank Name, Account number, IFSC code, etc.
  3. Make sure that the entered details are correct as PayPal can penalize you for Rs. 250 if details are found to be incorrect.

Bingo! Your Paypal account is created and PayPal is fully functional for withdrawing amount from your account or depositing to it.

    I live in UK. Is it same procedure for our country or I have do some other things to. I also have credit card and social id too.

    Normally you can create an account and use it fine without a bank and credit card; however, there will be limits on payments and the sending of funds if no credit card or bank is attached.

    Previously in Indonesia can also be verified using a local bank but now can not
    I use vcc to verify and now has expired. I want to ask, if vcc has expired whether we need to buy a new back so paypal can be used to transaction ?

    That’s a great tutorial. I think it is mandatory to have verified Pan Card to get Paypal Account without any restrictions.
