Hide Affiliate Links in WordPress [ How to ]

WordPress is the most favorite choice of Bloggers and when it comes to earnings , Affiliate is the best but advance option . But most of the time visitors don’t want to click your Affiliate links . Reasons may be anything but the most probably reason is they its an affiliate link ! Today I am sharing the tutorial to hide affiliate links in WordPress blogs using GoCodes Plugin . Its a free plugin so don’t worry and stop seeking your wallet .


How Gocodes Plugin Works ?

This plugin simply add ” go ” key between your affiliate name and your blog domain . Didn’t got it ? See the example :-

How to Hide Affiliate Links Using Go Codes WordPress Plugin ?

1. Download the Go Codes Plugin For your WordPress blog <Here> . Upload the plugin on your blog and activate it .
2. Now Navigate to WordPress Dashboard>>Tools>>Go Codes
3. There are 3 Options :-

A) Redirection Key :- Its the key you want to use after “Go” phrase in your URL . For example I have added PostsResult as a redirection key in this URL :

B) Target URL :- Put your affiliate link here with http:// . For example URL above I have used . Basically its the place to add the targeted URL .

C) Count Hits :- You can Tick Mark that option if you want to track the click on your affiliate links. Its very helpful and recommended option . It will give you the idea that which of your affiliate is getting much attention from readers . In the last click the ” Redirect ” Button and you have created Short link for your affiliate . Hope you have successfully hide affiliate link now.

    I use redirection technique to hide all my affiliates links and to project my blog brand. It also helps in not remembering the entire links of other sites.

    That’s called link cloaking. You can use pretty Link plugin too. I have been using this plugin and this is awesome. It’s benefit is that You can put anything in that link which looks like a real part of the original website.
